Terms and Condition

Ordering from EM audio directly:

China Local Customer: Please order your EM Audio IEM from our local channels. 
Overseas Customer: You may ordering from the dealers of authorized by EM Audio in your country. You can order from us directly if there is no EM Audio dealers in your country. 

 

Warranty 

All EM Audio IEM is automatically covered by limited warranty for the first year from the date of delivery. 

EM Audio Limit Warranty covers:
This Limited Warranty covers EM Audio in ear monitor (Include universal version) only, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in your products. This Warranty is non-transferable. 

EM Audio Limit Warranty DOES NOT cover:

1, Any loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of EM Audio.

2. Any human error caused damage due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications done by anyone other than EM Audio.

3. Normal ware and tear and degradation of the IEM, the stock cable and the carrying waterproof case. 

4. Product ordered through unauthorized dealer.

5. Product with missing warranty card and missing or altered SN number

6. Shipment for returning to us and back to you. 

7. Cracked, damaged, loosen two pins socket caused by third party cable plug, human error, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications. 

Refit:

All EM Audio custom IEM are automatically entitled for 30 days free refit service from the date of delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact EM Audio authorized dealers immediately when they felt the IEM does not fit their ear perfectly. Refit after 30 days free period will be charged at 10% of the IEM cost and capped at $100 per refit.

EM Audio Refit DOES NOT cover:

1, Any loss, theft, or any defects attributable to damage beyond the reasonable control of EM Audio.

2. Any human error caused damage due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, or modifications done by anyone other than EM Audio.

3. Normal ware and tear and degradation of the IEM, the stock cable and the carrying waterproof case.

What to do when you need a repair? 

In the event of repair service is needed, send an email to joey.em.chow@gmail.com with your name, contact number, IEM purchased date, model and SN number to us. We will send you an email within the next 48 hours with the instruction and repair number to ship the product back to us. 

When you receive the email from us, you shall: 

1. Send the product in its original form and package with repaire number clearly displayed on the packing material.

2. Prepare shipping charges and insurance if needed. 

EM Audio is NOT responsible for any loss, theft and damage to your IEM and its packaging caused by the shipping.
